How does the locker service work?
Our service is very simple and convenient: we collect your clothes directly from your locker, wash them, dry them, iron them (optional) and fold them carefully, then return them to you ready to put away. All without you having to worry about a thing.

We offer our services in Barcelona and the surrounding area.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is 48 hours from the time the laundry is collected from the locker, subject to the delivery times set by Wash Horizon Express at each location.
Should I sort my laundry by colour or fabric type?
Yes, each bag must be sorted by colour and fabric type. The bag must be placed in our washing machines in its entirety, exactly as it was handed over to our carrier.
