These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the online purchase service that will allow the contracting of the services offered on the Website https://www.washhorizonexpress.com, owned by David Barragán Barragán.
Contracting the service is done as a guest and implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the version published at the time of accessing the website.

The descriptions of the services displayed on the Website are based on the information provided by David Barragán Barragán.
PRICES AND OFFERS
The prices for the services displayed on the Website appear below the name of the service, including Value Added Tax (VAT included). If “Price on request” is indicated, the price agreed with each customer will prevail.
Different types of offers or promotions will be published periodically on the website, applying to all services offered or only to certain services, as the case may be.
The price shown under each service represents the final price of the service, to which the corresponding discounts have been previously applied. For these purposes, the original price is shown crossed out and the current reduced sale price is highlighted.
If you have a special rate or a discount coupon, prices will be updated once the corresponding code has been entered in the enabled section (promotional code).
In no case are discounts cumulative, unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be included in orders, regardless of their amount and destination.
Damage in transit: Wash Horizon Express is not responsible for damage suffered by shipments. If you receive a damaged shipment, reject acceptance until the carrier notes “Damaged material” on the delivery slip and notify Wash Horizon Express as soon as possible. It is important to check the merchandise as soon as it is received, as any anomaly in the shipment must be reported to the transport agency or to Wash Horizon Express within 24-48 hours after receiving the merchandise.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your orders by choosing one of the following options:
Bank transfer. When indicating bank transfer as the payment method, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email or SMS at the address or phone number you used to register on the website, with a summary of the requested services, indicating the account number where to make the payment. The transfer must be made within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the purchase date. All bank fees and corresponding expenses generated by the transfer are borne entirely by the sender.
Credit card. Payment by credit card will be made once the order has been placed through the secure payment gateway of Banc Sabadell. If the POS reports that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer online of the cancellation.
Bizum. The customer can pay for their order through the Bizum system. To do so, they must enter the phone number associated with Bizum and confirm the transaction following the instructions provided by their bank. Payment via Bizum is made immediately and securely. If the transaction is declined, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer of this circumstance. Wash Horizon Express shall not be liable for any possible incidents arising from the service provided by Bizum or the customer’s bank.
ORDER FORMALIZATION
When the customer completes the order by accepting the general conditions of the service and the corresponding confirmation of the purchase process, Wash Horizon Express will send an email or SMS to the address or phone number indicated by the customer, confirming all the details of the purchase.
DELIVERY TIME AND PLACE
David Barragán Barragán will deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer in the “Shipping address” form and on the day and time agreed with the customer.
Delivery times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, in which case the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
At the time the order leaves our warehouses, the customer will receive an email or SMS indicating the transport agency that will deliver their shipment.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, David Barragán Barragán will contact you to arrange a new delivery date and time.
ORDER CANCELLATION
There will be no option to cancel the order, therefore, from the moment the service is contracted, it cannot be canceled and, consequently, the amount of the service will not be refunded.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Wash Horizon Express guarantees that all services offered, including collection, transport, washing, drying, folding, ironing, and delivery of garments, will be carried out with the utmost diligence, in accordance with professional standards and respecting the characteristics and needs of each type of fabric.
Wash Horizon Express undertakes to handle garments following the care label instructions provided by the manufacturer. In the absence of such instructions or insufficient information, the company will apply reasonable professional criteria according to the type of garment.
Wash Horizon Express will be liable for damage caused to garments during the provision of the service when such damage is a direct consequence of improper handling, negligence, or failure to comply with professional procedures. Likewise, Wash Horizon Express will be liable in the event of loss of garments during the collection, processing, or delivery process.
In such cases, the customer must notify the incident within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the order. Once the claim has been verified, Wash Horizon Express will proceed, as applicable, to repair the garment, replace it, or provide financial compensation, which will be determined based on the value of the garment, its condition, and the time of use, in accordance with reasonable depreciation criteria.
Excluded from this guarantee are damages arising from:
Normal wear and tear from use.
Pre-existing defects of the garments (tears, existing stains).
Garments without a composition label.
Missing or incorrect care labels.
Specific customer instructions that are inappropriate for the treatment of the garment.
Inevitable shrinkage or discoloration due to the material.
Wash Horizon Express’s liability is in any case limited to the reasonable value of the affected garment, excluding indirect or consequential damages.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that the personal data collected from the data subject will be processed under the responsibility of the self-employed worker David Barragán Barragán, with Tax ID No. 39444726W. The purpose of processing your data will be the commercial, accounting and administrative management of the information provided, responding to information requests and managing orders through the online store.
The company guarantees the adoption of the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidential processing of your data, which will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation.

NULLITY

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The self-employed worker David Barragán Barragán and the customer, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the customer’s domicile for any dispute that may arise from accessing the website. If the customer is domiciled outside Spain, both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
